What is The Butler Experience?
A special occasion spa that offers BUTLER service with "bed-in-breakfast-like" privacy in an over-the-top immersive atmosphere. Featuring a wide range of services to choose from, we are perfect for celebrations, date nights, self-care, bachelorettes, bridal showers, birthdays etc. This is a fun way to spa and a unique experience you can't get anywhere else.
WHAT IS A SPA SUITE?
Our Spa suites are personal dressing rooms used for meditation, changing into robes, locking your items away, lounging, and also where your appetizer tray will be waiting for you. All of our Spa Suites are beautifully themed and equipped with every amenity you need at the spa (hair dryer, toiletries, etc.) your butler will escort you to and from your spa suite between services.
WHAT IS A LAGOON TUB?
A Lagoon Hot Tub is a special indoor soft tub that is made to mimic a natural lagoon, Our Hot Tub lagoons range in size and design and are always surrounded by a fully immersive, over-the-top decorated private room for personal lagoon hot tub sessions (only you and/or your guests occupy at one time). "PRIVATE LAGOON HOT TUB SESSION" is one of the many options to choose from for our spa packages.
HOW CLEAN ARE THE LAGOON TUBS
We have a staff assigned to deep clean the spa suites and the lagoon hot tubs after each guest and our water and chlorine are changed and filtered daily.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I HAVE AT MY SPA PARTY?
Our spa suites can accommodate 15 guests each, our locations have multiple spa suites on site so therefore it is also possible to have 30 guests when 2 spa suites are booked at the same time.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Other than swimwear, We provide everything you need in our comfy personal spa suites from luxury toothbrushes and toothpaste to shower caps, and hair ties we've got you covered. Clean Robes and Slippers are to be used but not to leave the facility, you are allowed to bring your own of course.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
There is a no refund policy on all deposits, deposits are used to hold your spot and prepare for your customized package order, you can However reschedule at least up to one day before your reservation.
CAN I BRING MY OWN BIRTHDAY CAKE?
yes, you are allowed to bring your own cake and place it in the spa suite 15 minutes before your scheduled time. We also provide gourmet cakes.

How do I book a reservation?
Do I need a reservation?
yes, we are by appointment only, but on rare occasions, we can take a same-day reservation to fill a last-minute cancellation spot.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
we are typically booked out about 2 weeks in advance, but check our book availability to see if your desired date is available
Can I speak to customer service via phone call?
Yes, we can answer any questions you may still have if you call the front desk.

Is The Butler Suite a Hotel Resort?
no, we are NOT a hotel, we are considered a resort spa, activity center, and some locations have the bed and breakfast "BnB" option available.
Are overnight stays available?
yes, at particular locations.
Can I plan my proposal here?
We love proposals here, there are special packages, particularly for proposals please call the front desk for more information.
Can I bring a photographer?
The spa is very private there should be no one in your spa suite other than your guests and butler, but for special occasions such as bridal showers, proposals etc, we do allow time for your professional photographer to take pictures.
How long does the reservation last?
There are different duration times based on what you selected in your package but the average duration time for a personal or couple spa date is 2.5 hours, again this changes based on factors such as add-ons or how many guests are a part of your spa party.
I'm coming from out of town, what should I know?
We often have visitors from all over the U.S. We are a fun quaint attraction and have made it known that we love to host anyone who visits Michigan looking for unique things to do. Please let it be known when booking if you're from out of town, and we have special accommodations for you.
Am I able to add more guests to my reservation?
In most cases yes, but there is a cut-off time to add more people to your guest list based on staff and availability.
What happens if my guests don't show or cancel?
Deposits for group parties are individual therefore, anyone who doesn't show up to your spa party will lose their deposit, the rest of your party will go on as normal with no penalty.
When can I pay my full balance?
Deposits are due upon booking, the remainder is due at the front desk via cash, card, or gift card.
